Are all nandina forms considered invasive in Maryland? I know that heavenly bamboo is insvasive. Specifically, nandina "fire power"... is this invasive? Please advise.

Howard County Maryland nandina shrubs invasive

Nandina has only relatively recently been added to the list of invasive plants for Maryland. The Fire Power cultivar tends not to flower or set fruit http://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/ep381, so should be ok for Maryland as far as we know at this time.
