Dear Alan,

I can direct you to two sites with information about the cause and treatment of fusarium blight:
http://www.ipm.ucdavis.edu/PMG/r785100511.html

The best control is prevention since chemicals are generally restricted to lawn care professionals. Try incorporating the cultural controls first to prevent further spread and re-occurrence. If the problems persists you may need to call in a professional.
