financing on a septic system

Not sure if I am even close to the right site. we need a new septic system and haven't been able to secure a loan. we have had tests done soil and perk all passed now no way to get a loan we live in berks cty. thks any info would help

There are some sources of low-interest loans for septic system repairs. Some of them work for private water systems too. Most of the loans have income limits for eligibility. Some have restrictions based on age, location, and whether this is a primary residence. Also call your county and local municipality to see if they have any local programs.

Nationwide, USDA Rural Development has low-interest loans (and grants for senior citizens) for low-income rural residents. There are maps online to check the location eligibility, which is often all but the most urban areas. These loans and grants are for both water and wastewater
