Can basil still be dried after freezing by a killing frost?

Hi June. You can certainly try it, but you will not get the same quality of flavor from the thawed/dried basil. you might consider harvesting it and freezing it in ice cubes to use in soups and stews. It will keep better flavor that way, especially if you don't thaw it out long before refreezing in cubes.
