I believe that I have poison ivy in my yard. 1) I need to know if it is poison ivy (see attached pictures). 2) How do I get rid of it. 3) When is the best time to eradicate it? I am very allergic to it and would like it out of my yard

The plant in the photograph appears to be poison ivy. Poison ivy can be destroyed by spraying plants with glyphosate (Roundup). Glyphosate is a non-selective herbicide. It will destroy all plants to which it is applied. Glyphosate is most effective when applied to actively growing plants from May through September. Applications in fall may not be effective as plants are in the process of going dormant for winter.
