According to the recent fact sheet from the Center for Disease Control the EBOLA Hemorrhagic Fever Virus is only an issue with primates and humans which does classify it as a zoonotic disease, but no other species have yet been indicated. For reference please review the CDC fact sheet at http://www.cdc.gov/vhf/ebola/pdf/ebola-factsheet.pdf. Bats do possibly transmit some other pathogens so anytime you are exposed to "fluids" from another species please contact your local health care system.
