Can you name this flower and plant?

The plant is about a foot and a half tall and the bloom about half an inch. Taken Oct. 7th in Phoenix AZ botanical garden wildflower trail.

I just kept looking and found the answer at the site below: This is an Arizona foldwing (Dicliptera resupinata). It is a perennial plant in the acanthus family (Acanthaceae) native to higher areas of southeastern Arizona into Mexico.
