Book for Growing Perennials

Asked October 12, 2014, 4:12 PM EDT

Hello, Could someone suggest a good book for growing perennial flowers? I realize there are many out there but I would like to know if there are any you find better than others. Thank you for your time. Gemma B.

I highly recommend that you read Doug Tallamy's book "Bringing Nature Home" first before making plant selections for your yard. After reading his book I find that I now look for plants native to my region in order to encourage our native species back to their original regions.
I've also attached some links that list a multitude of book selections depending on what you desire.
