Hello. We at Peace Corps HQ in DC would like to know more about, view and possibly obtain 4-H materials as potential resources as we're developing materials and training programs for PC Volunteers and staff worldwide. "Environment" is the first topic we're interested in. Could you pls tell me if and where I can find 4-H materials. Montgomery County, MD is a close location. + Also, is there a national "clearning house" for these materials? Thank you, Mary Louise Carlson, Food Security Team Lead

Hello, there is a national clearing house for approved 4-H curriculum. You can find it on the web here: http://www.4-h.org/resource-library/curriculum/. In addition there is a section just on environmental education that you can access: http://www.4-h.org/resource-library/curriculum/environment-outdoor-curriculum/. Some of the resources have online material and others are project books that you can purchase. I have also been working on a Maryland Program called AGsploration that features an environmental section, also a food safety lesson, with curriculum and hands on activities. You can download all of that curriculum for free as well here: https://extension.umd.edu/agsploration. I hope this helps point you in the right direction.
