Vegetable crop pricing
I am looking for resources to help price vegetable crops grown organically to be sold to local restaurants. Ex: kale and zucchini

The quick answer is that restaurants will typically pay a premium of 5-25% over wholesale prices for locally grown organic certified produce. Restaurants will generally want a price per pound number and will want delivery at a convenient time.
