This is another picture of the grape leafs is this fungal (rust?), pest or viral? There are no grapes on my vines to worry about. I just don't know if there is a treatment I should be doing?

Unfortunately the system does not keep follow up queries or information with the original question so I have not seen your initial question.
It looks to me as if your grape leaf has anthracnose and some insect damage. It is late in the season after a very wet summer so fungal infections are very likely. The edges of the leaves are also showing signs of drying probably because the leaves will soon fall off. The best treatment would be good sanitation this fall. Rake up and discard as many of the leaves as you can.
