Does the twist and shout hydrangea come as a standard on single trunk or just shrub? Where can one source thwt?thank y

Thanks for the question.

I'm not aware of a tree-form 'Twist and Shout' hydrangea. 'Twist and Shout' is a cultivar of Hydrangea macrophylla, and I don't believe any H. macrophylla has a tree form. The 'Pee Gee' cultivar of Hydrangea paniculata can be pruned into a tree form. Here is a good reference on the various hydrangeas:

As for sources, many retail nurseries carry 'Twist and Shout'. Perhaps if you call now, one can be reserved for you in the spring, which is the best time to plant them.
