succulents in the rainy season

Asked September 25, 2014, 1:22 PM EDT

This spring, I purchased many varieties of succulents. They have done well this summer, but what should I do with them during the Oregon rainy season? They are currently in pots, but I would really like to plant them in a tree stump/rock garden. I don't know if now is the best time. Please advise me. Thank you.

Now is a good time to transplant perennial succulents. When you move them make sure they are in a site with good drainage as we move into winter. Know if each of the succulents is cold hardy. If you have one that is not, you may want to keep it in a pot so you can bring it into your garage during any cold spell.
