Hello I put college greens and kale seeds in a week ago. Is it too late for these plant to produce a crop here in zone 7a

That is for traditional crop that grow large though. You should be able to grow these greens as what we'd refer to as 'baby greens'. They will be tasty. Depending on our winter, with some protection they many overwinter. You can extend the season and make that more likely by protecting them with a floating row cover.
