Thank you for the question. It is difficult to diagnose a disease with 100% accuracy from photos. The sap wood streaks and what appear to be die back in the tree could be verticillium wilt but you may want to have a certified arborist evaluate it in person. If your tree does have this disease, there is no treatment since the fungus is in the soil. If the tree seems very compromised, you should have it removed and plant a resistant variety.
