I am with Extension in Pennsylvania so I am not able to make a good recommendation about where to find Climb-Ups in Westchester County. You might try calling pest control companies in your area to inquire about local outlets for BB supplies.
As for your question about thermal treatments, I will advise you to contact the Northeast Integrated Pest Management Center at Cornell. they will be better able to discuss those options with you.
