worm inside italian plum

My italian plums have worms in them this year. Almost every piece of fruit.
I've also noticed the wild/volunteer plums all have worms in them.
I've attached photos.

Hello,
It's hard to tell for sure from your photos, but it looks like you could have spotted wind drosophila larvae in your plums. You may want to bring a sample to your local OSU extension office and they can assist you with positively identifying the pest.
