Our cherry trees are dying

These trees were healthy a few weeks ago.

I would need to see closeup photos of the central leader (trunk) where the dying limbs are attached. I expect that one of the three (winter cold, borer, bacterial canker) caused damage to the central leader with the result that the tree above this point died.

I would look for conspicuous holes, gumming on the central leader.

What cherry varieties are showing the symptoms?
