Seville Orange Tree
Tree is a house plant in the cold weather of Michigan and is then put outside when the weather warms up. Client has been doing this for the past 2 years. The tree has never bloomed. Client transplanted to new pot this spring using potting soil. Plant is fertilized once per month using 8-8-8. Client wants to know what may be causing leaves to look blotchy.

Manganese or zinc deficiency is my first guess. Check the fertilizer to see if it has these micronutrients in it. How much 8-8-8 is used each time? Is it applied as a liquid or as a granule?
The striping is more typical of a nutrient deficiency, but I recommend that you look at the underside of the leaves with a hand lens for mites. These will be 1 mm or less in diameter and moving slowly around.
