peach jam in pints?
Why can't I find a recipe for canning peach jam using PINTS? Is there a way to do it? (I have to can 100-200 pints of peach jam).

Yes, peach jam may be preserved in pint jars. All jellies and jams with or without added pectin should be processed in a boiling water canner for 5 minutes (hot pack, half-pints or pints, 1-1,000 feet altitude).
