Some of the answer depends on where you have it growing, and could be a combination of hand-pulling, killing and re-seeding to get a good thick cover of turf, and the use of pre-emergents, which stop the seeds of this annual from germinating.
At the very least, try to restrict it from blooming and making seeds. This is all covered in the attendant links within the page above.
