No. Cooked ribs left out of the refrigerator overnight would not be safe to eat. The maximum time that cooked food can be left out of the refrigerator and still be safe to eat is 2 hours. If the outside temperature is 90 degrees or above, then cooked food must be refrigerated within 1 hour.
