Why my plants are not growing big? I have blackeye beans and beans plants.

Please be patient --- plants respond to specific weather/humidity conditions; if these aren't exactly right at the exact right time, the plant's timing may be somewhat off. Interestingly, I have also noted slower-than-usual growth on my pole beans (in Delaware), as has a relative in upstate New York re: beans in his garden (and you are right in the middle, in Bergen County) --- if the plants look otherwise healthy, I would simply continue to let them grow at their own pace; due to the late 'start' you may not get the same total size crop as in a more fruitful year, but my suspicion is that you will eventually be able to harvest your beans. There is nothing you can do for an otherwise healthy plant other than to let it "do it's own thing" so just sit back and be patient!
