I have recently had a brush with poison ivy so now I am more than on the lookout for leaves of 3. This morning I noticed that this plant I often trim back( can't remember when I trim it) has 3 leaves and clusters of white berries that droop. Some of the leaves are already turning reddish but the leaves don't look shiny. The leaves are about 3" long x 1" wide. Is this poison ivy or something else?

This is nandina, an ornamental shrub.
Here's some info on our website about poison ivy: http://extension.umd.edu/sites/default/files/_images/programs/hgic/Publications/HG84_Pruning%20ornam...

Also, Google images has many helpful photos.
