My Philodendron is getting these water droplet looking spots on the leaves. They eventually resemble blister like spots. Last week I removed the entire leaf. For several days I thought perhaps something had dripped on the leaves. They look like dried sticky spots. Otherwise I thought the plant was growing fine. What should I do to fix this? This photo was taken after a rain. I can send another if requested. This is typically a house plant, but may occasionally be placed on the porch.

Do you have it underneath any trees?

It probably is sticky substance from insect damage either on the philodenran or from another plant in its proximity.
