I make specialty jellies. I made it for personal use at first. Now I have people that want to buy it. There is a demand for my product to the extent that I an start a micro business. I would like to start small at first (maybe 300 jars of jelly). I would like to ensure that all laws are obeyed and the highest food safety standards are taken. Do you have any suggestions? I don't want to incur a loss; however, at this time, I am not trying to be a millionaire.
