House plants have little gnats. Possibly fungus gnats that occasionally fly around and annoy. I don't want to throw all my houseplants away. Sticky tape has not gotten rid of them. I saw that article about not overwatering. Any other hints ? Thanks !

Since fungus gnats lay their eggs in damp soil, the easiest method of eliminating them is to simply let your plants' soil dry out before watering them again. Keep an eye on them, however, and water any plants that begin to wilt.
