Hi, I planted 3 spaghetti squash plants. There seem to be all intertwined at this point. One of them is producing 1 fruit. On another, I noticed something that looks like the beginning of a plant, but it has started to turn dark brown. Do you know what the problem could be? Is this a lack of pollination? in general, my squash and cucumber plants have not produced fruit so far this year. Thanks, Rebecca

It looks like choanephora. http://extension.umd.edu/learn/choanephora-rot
There is a greater tendency to get choanephora when there is insufficient pollination. vw
