What is the attached plant? It's at my sister-in-law's house in Adamstown,PA. She did not plant it probably a bird dropped it in. It's in a raised bed and doing quite well. We think it may be in the Rudbekia genus but that's all we can possibly identify. It's currently in bloom (picture taken 6/28/14). Height is about 36"- greater.

We agree it looks like a Rudbeckia, possibly a gloriosa daisy. We do not have a photo of the open flower. Check out gloriosa daisy in Google Image. vw
