I've noticed that my HOA has started to have the common areas treated with herbicides. Shortly after, I noticed that quite a number of my vegetables have been damaged. Each year, it seems that I become victim to this damage. Is there anything I can use to limit the probability of herbicidal attack? I'm thinking of a greenhouse with the sides rolled up. Would that help? Any other suggestions?

The first thing you should do is to ask your HOA to publish the date(s) that the spray will take place, then cover your vegetables on that day with a floating row cover or sheet in order to avoid any possible drift.
