This very small bug was found on my tomato plant leave today. Could it be a lace bug nymph? I've never seen one before. I manage to drop it between the deck slats before I could obtain another image.

This is a tortoise beetle. They are not too concerning as they make small holes in foliage. You can smoosh the ones you see if you like, but they are not worth controlling any other way.
