Good afternoon! What are some humane ways of getting rid of moles?

I shall interpret "humane" as not harming the moles.

You can use a castor oil extract that is sprayed on lawns and watered in. Possible brand names: Mole Med or Scoot Mole. These are repellants.

You can buy a lawn roller that is weighed down with added water. Add enough water to just flatten the trails and not leave ditches. Most of mole tunnels are used once and by flattening once or more a week, they never come up again. The grass that is over tunnels dies because the roots are hanging in an air space. So flatten it all down again.
