Rudbeckia or giant ragweed?

I would love some help identifying this plant. I can't tell if it's rudbeckia (which I'd keep) or giant ragweed (which I'd pull immediately). We have tons around the border of our yard. The leaves and stems are both hairy, but not prickly, and every leaf has a distinct trilobe shape. The stems are green. In Mid-May in Zone 7b, these plants are 1-2 ft tall. Thank you!

It is not ragweed which looks like this http://www.turffiles.ncsu.edu/PDFFiles/004148/Ragweed_Common.pdf. It doesn't look like Rudbeckia which has simple entire leaves. But it may be a species that I am unfamiliar with. Let me see if I can find out what plant it is and get back with you.
