hi! I have a lot of japanese stiltgrass in my lawn. Please give me advice on the best way to get rid of it! Thank you!

Japanese stilthgrass is classified as a summer annual, similar in its growth habit to crabgrass,it is best controlled using a crabgrass pre-emergent herbicide,,however,, it should be applied earlier in the season like in March.Post control by pulling plants before seed head formation.See the attached word publication for a listing of herbicides.
