The deer have completely stripped 4 large elderly junipers of their needles. Do I have any options other than replacing? same question for 3 young arbor Vitae trees although they left more needles(?). They mostly look brown and unhealthy. Thank you.

I am sorry to hear this since they will not grow back. Evergreens need their leaves to photosynthesize food and keep them for several years before dropping them. It is best to plan on replacing them. Here is a link to more information.
