I did not can my sauerkraut this year. Instead, I put it into one gallon glass jars, covered with glad wrap, and then covered with a screw lid. The jars were stored in the refrigerator the whole time, since November. I just checked them and now they have 2 inches of blue-green mold on top of the kraut. Can I still use the kraut underneath?

No. You should dispose of the product. This is not normal, and because a number of different molds can produce toxins, we have to err on the side of safety.
