We live in Bowie, MD and our house backs up to the woods with a heavy deer population. We are getting ready to redo our front yard landscaping and need help figuring out what kinds of low shrubs, ornamental grasses and flowers would do well in partial shade, be low maintenance and not be attractive to the deer. The seem to eat everything we plant. Can you help???

The plant list keeps on growing, deer will " taste" plants, especially when food is scarce. The attached plant list is a guide to go by. Before purchasing your plants, you will also want to discuss your selection and location with the nurserymen.
