I am interested in judging 4H projects on the county level. Where, when, ad how do I become a judge?

Thank you for your interest in becoming a 4-H exhibits judge. The typical process would be to attend a judges training session, complete a judge's preference form, and then contact counties to let them know of your interest and your qualifications. Unfortunately, there is only one judges training session scheduled yet this spring - March 15 in Waterloo. We expect to offer several judges training sessions - at locations across Iowa - in winter 2014/2015.

However, you can still complete a preference form and be added to our judges database. Please see our Iowa 4-H Judges Information web page at http://www.extension.iastate.edu/4h/page/iowa-4-h-judges to obtain a judging preference form. You'll also find many other 4-H judging resources on that page,
