I have two Baptisia australis and would like to transplant them this week. I actually wanted to do it Saturday, but forgot to email you last week! They've been in the ground for about two years. I know that have a taproot, but I'm hoping they're still young enough to transplant. What do you think?

Prince George's County Maryland flowers baptisia australis

Best time to transplant is in early spring but can be done in late fall. They can be moved successfully if given plenty of soil and the roots are undisturbed especially when plants are still relatively small.
