I belong to a garden club in clermont county & we are interested as a club to learn more about blue bird nesting boxes. Is there anyone one in the park district that I could contact regarding this project? Also we are looking into monarch conservation. Any info for these 2 projects and/or contact people would be helpful. Thanks, Pam

I am out of the office today but will get back with you soon.

There are a lot of valuable resources on wildlife management at our fact sheet and resources website at http://ohioline.osu.edu. We do have local 4-H clubs and FFA chapters who might build blue bird houses/nesting boxes as a community service project. 4-H Extension Educator is Kelly Royalty, royalty.9@osu.edu or 513-732-7070. FFA Advisors - Felicity HS - Holly Jennings jenningsh@felicityschools.org or Dave Jelley at CNE HS, jelley_d@cneshools.org. Blue Bird Nesting boxes and Monarch Conservation information can also be found with OSU Extensions Wildlife Specialist Marne Titchenell, titchenell.4@osu.edu.http://ohioline.osu.edu/w-fact/pdf/0010.pdf
