Maple tapping - it got cold, and now it's not so cold. Should I tap immediately, or wait a few weeks? This is my first time trying this!

Tapping is generally weather related and timing can be tricky. Here it is generally mid to late February through early March. There are several places in Maryland that offer maple syruping demonstrations and you should contact them for their predictions. See the attached links.
