I live a community called Bulle Rock in Havre De Grace MD. My lot has been found to be contaminated with Arsenic as per MD EPA. There is a plan to remove the contaminated soil and replace with clean soil. The contractor doing the work has informed me that they intend to remove the sod, and once the soil is replaced, replace the same sod. If this sod is grown on contaminated soil isn't the sod contaminated? Ant help you can give me on this would be appreciated.
