We do not have a specific recipe for canning those three vegetables together. If you are going to mix vegetables you need to process them for the product for the longest processing time which would be onions so it would be 40 minutes for pints at 10 or 11 pounds of pressure depending what kind of pressure canner you have. If you are at elevation above 1000 feet you need to precess at 15# pressure for a weighted gauge or 12-15 for a dial gauge. If you are over 1000 ft. let me know what kind of canner you have, your elevation and I will tell you the pressure.
Also only can this product in pint jars because of the density of the peppers.
