Can I use half gallon canning jars from Ball to can grape juice? I have a pressure canner that is tall enough to hold them with water at top. If so should I water bath or use pressure and for how long?

Yes, grape juice can be hot packed then processed in a boiling water bath canner in half gallons for 15 minutes up to 6,000 feet elevation. It is the only juice that is safe to can in that large a container.
