Hello and thanks for submitting your questions to eXtension online. I am the horticulturist with Texas A&M AgriLife Extension in Fort Bend County.
The photo is a little blurry, but resembles spurge, either Garden Spurge Euphorbia hirta, or Hyssop Spurge Euphorbia hyssopifolia.
Both are noxious garden weeds and if left to seed out, they are an ongoing pest. Hand pulling at early growth stages and the use of herbicide spot treatment can keep their numbers down. Both grow very fast after rain. A thick layer of mulch 4-5 inches will discourage it from germinating.
