1. Your weed pix are a great resource. Pls add mulberry weed since it spreads so quickly. 2. My lawn now has dozens of large patches of a weed that i believe is liriope that has spread by seed from a neighbor's yard (it is dark green with broad leaves sprouting from the base, and now has a white or light pink bloom. Are you aware of a herbicide that will eradicate it in the lawn? tnx

Thank you for your suggestion to add mulberry weed to our weed gallery.

We would be surprised if liriope has seeded itself into your yard. Generally, it has a purple-blue, not a white or light pink bloom and spreads by rhizomes.

One weed that is currently in bloom and has become very aggressive this year and last because of the rainy weather is Pennsylvania Smartweed. Take a look at a search engine image of that. It can tolerate mowing in a lawn and still bloom. It would be great if you could send us a digital photo through this Ask a Question. When we identify it, then we can recommend an appropriate herbicide.
Or call us so we can get a better description.
