There are orange spiky growths on one (and only one) of the leaves of our white grape. What is it and should I be concerned?

You need not be concerned.
This is a leaf gall, which is harmless. Here is a page about galls from the plant diagnostic portion of our website: http://plantdiagnostics.umd.edu/level3.cfm?causeID=84
