Like to know if I can plant late zucchini, as what was planted earlier did not fair to well. Should I start with plants or do seeds. I live on the eastern shore where we have had so much rain, I think the roots have just rutted away.

Queen Anne's County Maryland vegetables late zucchini

Zucchini requires 55 days to produce fruit from the time of seeding, so it is too late to plant seeds. It's possible you may get some fruit it you start with a transplant, but this late in the season the trick will be locating any zucchini transplants for sale.
