I have catnip in my garden. Can I dry it to give it to my cat?

Yes, you can... dry out the leaves, put it in a strong-mesh bag, and see if your cat likes it. But bear in mind: not all cats do - only about half to two-thirds of all cats actually react to catnip. The cats who do enjoy it, will also enjoy the plant which is growing live in the garden; if your cat goes into your garden but does not seem affected or attracted by the growing catnip, he/she most likely won't care for it in dried form!
