is a 6 foot blueberry bush transplantable?

Yes, Blueberries have a relatively small root system with no deep roots. Almost all the roots are located with a foot or two of the crown but the crown is the important part to get. Fall would be the best time to move the plant.
I don't know how far you are going to move it but it would take several people.
I would remove half the shoots (take the oldest biggest ones) and make sure it was wet/moist after transplanting. It may not be real strong the year after transplanting but It should survive if the new site is good for blueberries.
